Types of Materials

Asian Sealing Products takes pride in being one of the leading rubber seal manufacturers, offering a diverse range of rubber gaskets to meet the unique needs of different industries. We manufacture rubber gaskets in a variety of gasket materials-

  • Nitrile Rubber (NBR)
  • Neoprene Rubber
  • SBR Rubber
  • EPDM Rubber
  • Viton Rubber
  • Butyl Rubber
  • Natural Rubber
  • Silicone Rubber
Types of Rubber Gasket
  • Full Face Type or Flat Face Type: It covers the entire surface with cutouts for the flange bolts, creating a complete seal. It works best with flat-face flanges.
  • Raised Face Type or Flat Ring Type: This type has a circular raised area around the pipe bore where the gasket sits. RF flanges often use flat ring gaskets of soft materials like graphite or PTFE.
  • Customized Types (Non-Std.): We understand that a one-size-fits-all approach rarely works. That’s why we offer a wide range of customized gaskets for your specific size, shape, and thickness needs.
Our Commitment to Quality

Quality isn’t just a buzzword for us; it’s the cornerstone of our business. We subject every gasket to rigorous testing to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards.
